2025 Capital Investments at Ocean Casino Resort Reach $50 Million Mark
Freshening Up the Fun: Ocean Casino Resort in the heart of Atlantic City, New Jersey, unveils a whopping $50 million renovation plan for 2025. This massive transformation is just a piece of the casino-resort's seven-year, $270 million makeover initiated in 2018.
Get ready for some serious upgrades! The central feature includes more than 500 chic Blu Rooms and Suites, an expanded casino, five tantalizing dining options, and even more exclusive beachfront attractions. The casino already boasts live entertainment, breathtaking views, nearly 2,000 state-of-the-art slot machines, and a buzzing Fanatics Sportsbook.
According to Bill Callahan, General Manager of Ocean Casino Resort, "We're all about providing an extraordinary experience, not just in Atlantic City, but across the nation."
Jumping on the bandwagon of delicious dining, Ocean Casino Resort will introduce two restaurants in partnership with renowned STARR Restaurants and prestigious restaurateur Stephen Starr, costing over $5 million. LaScala's Fire and Blend are set to open in the casino-resort's lobby during summer 2023, promising traditional Italian dishes and nourishing smoothies, respectively.
For the Asian gambling aficionados, the casino will double the size of the Asian gaming space, adding a sleek 4,000-square-foot expansion designed by R2Architects. The redesigned gaming area will feature 32 tables, including popular games like Mini Baccarat and Pai Gow Poker, setting you up for some high-rolling thrills!
On top of that, the Ocean Casino Resort will introduce an 8,000-square-foot entertainment destination, Ocean's 18 Mini Golf & Bar, boasting technology borrowed from the Sphere in Las Vegas. The two-story mini-golf course will feature thrilling, cutting-edge designs, and guests will even have the chance to test their skills against a holographic 12-foot Great White Shark!
That's not all!! The casino-resort will also see the addition of high-end shopping options with the arrival of Sweetheart Coast, a stylish clothing boutique owned by Samantha Giancola. And for the hungrier participants, tasty, quick eats from High Steaks and acai bowls from Blend will be sprinkled throughout the resort.
Although not part of the $50 million investment, the recent $92.6 million sand replenishment project by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has elevated the overall beachfront experience for visitors, making it a perfect complement to your gaming and relaxation adventures at Ocean Casino Resort. Go on, dive in, and enjoy the ultimate gaming and leisure experience with Ocean Resort's exciting new developments!
