Frankenthal Traffic Accident: 20-Year-Old Driver Involved, Seeks Witnesses
On September 5, 2025, a traffic accident occurred at the intersection of Hessheimerstraße/Westring in Frankenthal. The incident involved a 20-year-old driver coming from Haydnstraße in a white PKW Seat with a Worms registration plate.
According to the reports, the driver was entering the intersection to turn left towards Nordring. However, the vehicle suddenly turned right instead, causing the driver to swerve and hit a traffic light pole.
As a result of the accident, the driver sustained leg injuries and was taken to a hospital for treatment. The total damage from the accident is estimated to be between 20,000 and 30,000 EUR.
