Accidentally broke free: LPI-SHL
In a recent incident reported by the Suhl Police Inspectorate, an unknown driver damaged an Opel parked in Muhlgasse, Benshausen, Germany, on June 2, 2025. The collision occurred between 16:00 and 16:45, causing approximately 3,500 euros worth of damage.
According to the police's report, the collision involved a dark blue or dark gray vehicle occupied by two older individuals. Witnesses reported that the vehicle collided with the Opel, damaging both driver's side doors. The driver of the dark-coloured vehicle is said to have failed to stop and drove off, leaving the scene without addressing the accident.
The police are currently seeking information about the people involved in the incident and the vehicle. Anyone with relevant information is asked to contact the Suhl police at 03681 369-0, citing case number 0141111/2025.

However, the names or addresses of the two elderly persons involved in the accident case in Benshausen on June 2, 2025, as reported by the Suhl Police Inspectorate, are not publicly disclosed in the press release. The passenger was described as a woman with blonde, high-piled hair, and the driver was a man.
The other vehicle should have damage on the right side of the rear bumper, according to the police's report. The incident was transmitted by the Landespolizeiinspektion Suhl.
