Adcroft Corporation Finishes Share Redemption Program Valued at €300 Million
The Adecco Group, a leading HR solutions partner worldwide, has announced the launch of a new share buyback programme of up to EUR 150 million. This decision was made by the Board of Directors in 2018, following the successful completion of a EUR 300 million share buyback programme launched in March 2017.
The new share buyback programme will commence on or around November 6, 2018, when the Q3 2018 results of the Adecco Group will be announced. The average purchase price per share, excluding commissions, is expected to be CHF 73.83. Shares repurchased under the new programme are also intended for subsequent cancellation, following shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting 2018.
The Annual General Meeting of the Adecco Group will take place on April 19, 2018. Shareholders will resolve on the reduction of share capital through the cancellation of all 4,580,260 repurchased shares, representing 2.68% of the share capital at the launch of the share buyback programme. The 2017 Annual Report of the Adecco Group will be published on March 21, 2018.
In addition to the share buyback programme, the Adecco Group will also be announcing its Q1, Q2, and Q3 2018 results on May 8, August 9, and November 6, respectively. The Q1 2018 results will be announced on May 8, 2018. The Q2 2018 results will be announced on August 9, 2018. The Q3 2018 results, along with the launch of the share buyback programme, will be announced on November 6, 2018.
