Ampere names Frederico Ferrarini as its new Director for Revenue and Customer Experience
Frederico Ferrarini, a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience in the energy sector and IT, has been appointed as the new Communications Director at Ampere.
Frederico's career began in 2007 as an embedded systems developer in the energy sector. In 2010, he joined Renault Group in Brazil, working within the Engineering Department. His journey with the company took a significant turn in 2014 when he moved to the IT Department and became the coordinator of industrial information systems.
Over the past three years, Frederico has been the executive director of the CEO Office and chief of staff to Renault Group CEO Luca de Meo. During this time, he notably supervised the digital Customer Experience strategy for the Dacia brand and led the team responsible for defining projects that later became Ampere, Horse, and Flexis. The first success of this team was an innovative e-commerce platform to support the launch of Renault Kwid in Brazil.
In 2019, Frederico joined the Renault Group headquarters in Paris, where he held increasing responsibilities in IT, Customer Experience, and Strategy. In January 2017, he set up a dedicated digital development team for Renault Latin America as the Leader of the first international hub of Renault Digital.
Luca de Meo, CEO of Ampere, expressed pleasure at welcoming Frederico to Ampere's executive team. He stated that Frederico's understanding of the transformation challenges in the industry will be key to Ampere's ambitions in the Customer Experience, a major focus for electric vehicles. Luca de Meo also thanked Christian, the predecessor of Frederico Ferrarini as Communications Director at Ampere, for the work done on these subjects over the past year.
In his new role, Frederico will be responsible for defining and implementing the product strategy and customer experience for the entire range of Ampere vehicles. He will also ensure revenue generation throughout the product lifecycle. Many things have been set in motion under Christian's tenure, which Frederico will be eager to develop and amplify.
Frederico's appointment comes as the previous communications director was appointed Director of Communication for Renault Group. The departure of Laurent Paillard, who served as the Communications Director at Ampere, was not specified in the statement.
With his extensive experience and proven track record, Frederico Ferrarini is poised to lead Ampere's communications team and contribute to the company's ambitious goals in the electric vehicle market.
