Andreas Bahr, the straightforward ringmaster at Bell, has announced his departure.
In a significant shift, Steffen Hensche and Martin Huth have been appointed as the joint leaders of Easybell, a leading provider of IP-based communication services. The company, which was founded in 2006 and is now owned by Dstny, a European software provider based in Brussels, specializes in offering products such as VoIP telephony, SIP trunks, a self-developed cloud telephone system, and DSL complete connections with internet access.
Both Hensche and Huth have been with Easybell for almost 15 years and will take on their new roles with immediate effect. Huth will lead the operational and technical areas at Easybell, while Hensche will oversee marketing and sales. Andreas Bahr, the founder and former CEO of Easybell, will remain with the company in an advisory capacity during the transition phase.
Easybell is planning to introduce new products, including CRM integrations and AI-driven features for the Easybell cloud telephone system. The expansion of Easybell's product availability includes Switzerland, which is planned for later this year. The company currently employs over 90 people and Easybell's products are now available in four countries: France, Austria, the Netherlands, and Switzerland.
The new products will be rolled out in the coming months, but as of September 2023, there are no detailed announcements from Hensche and Huth about specific new products that have been explicitly announced for the coming months (e.g. Autumn/Winter 2025). The company usually communicates product development on its website, through its newsletter, or in press interviews.
For the latest information, customers and interested parties are advised to visit the Easybell website, particularly the news and press section, subscribe to the Easybell newsletter, follow the company blog and social media platforms (such as LinkedIn), and keep an eye on industry publications and tech news portals.
