Battlefield 6, the highly anticipated addition to the popular first-person shooter series, is set to release on October 10. Developed by a collective of studios known as Battlefield Studios, the game will be available on Xbox Series X|S, Windows PC, and PS5.
DICE, Criterion Games, Motive Studios, and Ripple Effect Studios are the minds behind Battlefield 6. DICE is leading the multiplayer development, while Motive and Criterion are responsible for the single-player campaign. Ripple Effect is spearheading the battle royale mode.

For PC players, the game's system requirements can be checked using "dxdiag" in the Windows Search Bar. The updated list of Battlefield 6's official PC system requirements has been shared, with the recommended graphics settings being 1440p @ 60 FPS, High settings (Balanced), and 1080p @ 80+ FPS, Low settings (Performance). Hard drive space can be checked using Windows File Explorer.
Battlefield 6 will be available on Steam, Epic Games Store, and the EA App on PC. Players who purchase it on the Epic Games Store will need to launch the game through the EA App.
