Leading the kitchen's charge is Martin Heierling, the fearless commander of seafood adventures. With a 30-year career in the culinary world whizzing by, Heierling has graced the stoves at Bellagio, Vdara, and Lespinasse, the NYC crown jewel under the masterful Gray Kunz.
Promise yourself a taste of coastal Mediterranean magnificence as Pisces reels in an array of mouth-watering dishes: caviar, crudo, an extravagant seafood platter, daily-caught tastings straight from the Med, aged fish, and delectable pasta dishes. Desserts are an artful finale, crafted by the deft hand of Wynn's very own executive pastry chef, Jennifer Yee.
So hoist the anchor and get ready to feast like Poseidon! Pisces Bar & Seafare offers a lavish dining experience, adhering to a classy "Seaside Chic" dress code. Slip into your favorite tidal-inspired attire between the hours of 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays and 5 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on weekends. The bar beckons visitors from 4:30 p.m. daily.
