Apple introduces The Weeknd's Open Hearts, an innovative music experience tailored for Apple Vision Pro
Apple has recently released an exciting new immersive music experience, titled "The Weeknd: Open Hearts," exclusively for the Apple Vision Pro. This electrifying sonic voyage takes viewers on a surreal, haunting journey through a cityscape, inspired by Los Angeles's iconic downtown skyline, directed by Anton Tammi.
Starting from November 15, Apple Vision Pro demos and the full immersive music video, "The Weeknd: Open Hearts," will be available at local Apple Stores in Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, France, Germany, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, the UAE, the U.K., and the U.S. The experience is captured in Apple Immersive Video, a 180-degree media format that uses ultra-high-resolution immersive video and Spatial Audio.
In addition to "The Weeknd: Open Hearts," Apple has announced "Concert for One," the next Apple Immersive music experience. RAYE, a talented artist, will be the first performer in this series. Her performance will be available in the form of a new EP, available in Spatial Audio exclusively on Apple Music. "Concert for One" is set to launch globally on November 22.
For users in China mainland, select Apple Immersive Video titles can be accessed through the Migu Video and Tencent Video apps, which are available to download for free on the App Store for Apple Vision Pro. New Apple Immersive Video episodes and films debut in U.S. English with subtitles in additional languages. Title availability varies by country or region.
