Approaching Horizon: BarCamp Pforzheim's Second Edition
The second edition of BarCamp Pforzheim is set to return on October 12 and 13, 2018, with the same venue as the successful first event - the EMMA Kreativzentrum.
Just like its predecessor, the second BarCamp Pforzheim will maintain its thematic diversity and mixed audience from all social classes. The central theme for this year's event is "Get rich with BarCamp Pforzheim", focusing on experiences and impressions rather than just money.
The organizing team, which includes Thomas Friebe, Felix Tölle, and Daniel Lüdecke, has accepted the tribute of success from the first event and is eager to build upon it.
Tickets for the event can be ordered directly on the BarCamp Pforzheim website. There are 110 regular tickets and 10 "golden tickets" available for purchase. The "golden tickets" have an increased entry price compared to regular tickets.
The first Pforzheim Barcamp, held in November 2017, was a success with over 100 participants. It was an "unconference" where participants provided their own sessions, resulting in a diverse range of topics. From IT-centric themes to reports from volunteer workers and defibrillator carriers, the first event showcased a wide variety of discussions.
The first Pforzheim Barcamp also featured recommendations for freelancers who want to relocate their residence and workplace to the south.
Interested parties are encouraged to hurry due to the expected quick spread of information about the event. Ticket sales for the second edition of BarCamp in October have started, with presale beginning on Pentecost Sunday.
The first Pforzheim Barcamp was organised by Jochen Baumann, Boris Krstin, Friedel Voelker, Frederik Pross, and Besim Karadeniz.
