The suspect, who was also found to be driving a motorcycle without a necessary license, attempted to flee but was apprehended and resisted arrest. The police observed a drug sale in a customer's car, leading to their intervention.

The 59-year-old dealer was presented to Bielefeld District Court on September 4, 2025. The judge issued a warrant for his arrest on charges of illegal trafficking of a significant amount of heroin.

Officers found a high four-digit sum of money on the suspect, indicating the potential for a lucrative drug operation. The seized drugs were initially assessed as a significant amount of heroin and a cutting agent.

The 59-year-old suspect has a previous conviction for multiple counts of illegal heroin trafficking and served a prison sentence. The 28-year-old buyer, an Iraqi citizen, must answer for attempted purchase of narcotics. It was discovered that the 28-year-old man was also known for drug dealing in Bielefeld.
