Space-themed sculpture exhibition in the Hellweegegregion and Arnsberg: SOHEIT - Dialogue between Helga Weihs' works and pieces from the Schroth collection in the Wedinghausen Monastery

Art installations centered around the theme of SPACE, displayed in the Hellweegegregion and Arnsberg: SOHEIT Art Event - Interactive sculptures by Helga Weihs and pieces from the Schroth collection, showcased in the Wedinghausen Monastery.

The SOHEIT exhibition, a captivating display of Helga Weihs' sculptures and works from the Schroth Collection, is now open at Kloster Wedinghausen in Arnsberg, Germany. This exhibition is part of the Hellweg Konkret III series and runs from June 29 to August 24, 2025.

Located in the basement of the Arnsberg City and Regional Archive, the exhibition provides an unique setting for art enthusiasts. The SOHEIT exhibition is one of the ten planned locations for the Hellweg Konkret III series, a partnership between the Bürgerstiftung Hellweg-Region and the Ökumenische Dienstgruppe Martin Luther King e.V.

Visitors can explore the exhibition on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Admission is 3 euros for those aged 18 and above, and 5 euros for the curatorial tours led by Kathrin Brandt on August 6 at 3:00 PM and by collector Carl-Jürgen Schroth on August 20 at 5:30 PM. These tours provide a deeper understanding of the artworks and the dialogic interplay between Helga Weihs' sculptures and works from the Schroth Collection.

The Schroth Collection includes artworks by Antje Blumenstein, Hartmut Böhm, Jean-François Dubreuil, Leo Erb, Lies Kraal, Mike Meiré, Vera Molnar, Dirk Richter, Heiner Thiel, and Victor Vasarely.
