Authorities are seeking individuals who may have observed an incident.
In Bielefeld, Germany, on August 31, 2025, a pedestrian accident occurred at around 6:15 PM. The incident took place at the intersection of Karl-Pawlowski-Straße and Am Asbrock.
The accident involved a 65-year-old Bielefeld resident and a small white car, similar in size to a VW Golf. According to reports, the pedestrian was crossing a zebra crossing when the accident occurred. The pedestrian was lightly injured and initially unable to get up.
Witnesses to the accident, three young first responders (two female, one male), are asked to contact the Bielefeld Police at 6090 with any information they may have. The fleeing vehicle did not stop at the scene.
