Authorities are seeking individuals who may have observed robberies occurring in the Recklinghausen/Bottrop region.

In a series of break-ins, unknown perpetrators have targeted properties in Recklinghausen and Gladbeck. The Recklinghausen Police Headquarters, located at Police Headquarters Recklinghausen, is urging the public to share any information that could help in the investigation.

On Wednesday morning, between 8:30 am and 11:00 am, unknown perpetrators broke into a single-family home on Uechtmannstraße, Gladbeck, through the terrace door. It is certain that jewelry was stolen from the residence, but whether other valuables were taken is yet to be determined.

On the same day, between 2 pm and 8 pm, another break-in occurred on Hohenzollernstraße, Recklinghausen. Unknown perpetrators gained access to the ground-floor apartment through the front door and made off with a safe containing cash and a coin collection. Before fleeing, the suspects locked the bedrooms from the inside.

In a separate incident on Thursday, between 1 pm and 3 pm, unknown individuals gained access to a ground-floor apartment on Morianstraße, Recklinghausen, through an open window. The nature of the theft, if any, is still unknown.

On Schützenstraße, Recklinghausen, unknown individuals broke into an apartment in a multi-family home between Wednesday evening and Thursday evening by forcing the apartment door. It is not yet clear whether anything was stolen.

In Marl, a witness observed an unknown man attempting to climb into a ground-floor apartment on Riegestraße through a bathroom window, accompanied by another man and a woman. The three individuals were then seen fleeing over Riegestraße towards Hervester Straße and getting into a car at the height of Paul-Klee-Straße before driving away.

The Recklinghausen Police Department is actively investigating these incidents and is asking for the public's help. Anyone with information is encouraged to report it to the police at 0800 2361 111.
