Authorities in Richmond Hill are actively seeking the relatives of a disoriented, nonverbal man who was discovered.
The York Regional Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating the family of a nonverbal man who was found wandering in a neighbourhood near Elgin Mills Road West and Bathurst Street in Richmond Hill.
Officers were called to the area at around 10 a.m. on Wednesday morning, where they found the man, described as white, 38 to 45 years old, with a thin build, approximately five-foot-eleven, and 170 pounds. The man has blue eyes, light brown wavy hair, and an unshaven face. He was last seen wearing a black-and-tan striped dress shirt, blue pajama pants, and black sneakers.
The man appeared disoriented and was unable to provide any identifying information or a home address. Officers have been unable to determine the man's place of residence, and they have been unable to confirm his identity.
The man is currently in a local hospital receiving care. The search results do not provide the name of the missing man who was found on Thursday morning.
