Authorities seek out eyewitnesses and informants regarding a vehicle collision on Christiansholm.
In the early hours of December 24, 2024, an incident occurred that has left authorities and locals in the district of Christiansholm, part of Rendsburg-Eckernförde, in intrigue.
At approximately 6:00 hours, an unknown vehicle entered the closed construction area of the B 202 between Friedrichsholm and Christiansholm. The vehicle, believed to be a silver-grey passenger car, collided with a traffic sign on the traffic island at the entrance to Christiansholm.
The driver of the vehicle likely attempted to avoid a construction vehicle parked in the area, but the manoeuvre resulted in a collision that caused significant damage to the vehicle. The owner or user of the vehicle involved in the accident has not been publicly disclosed.
The Police Directorate Neumünster is investigating the incident, and the police in Fockbek are currently seeking witnesses or informants who may have useful information about the accident. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police in Fockbek at 04331-208120.
