Stolen Fiat Panda Being Sought in Bremerhaven

The Bremerhaven Police are appealing for public assistance in locating a stolen yellow Fiat Panda. The vehicle was reported stolen between Friday evening, August 29th, 21:00, and Saturday morning, August 30th, 11:00, in the Bremerhaven-Geestemünde area.

According to witnesses, the driver of the car is a southern European-looking male, thin, with longer hair and a full beard. The driver fled on foot after a brief police chase that took place through Kanalstraße, Ludwigstraße, and towards the main station. Despite extensive search efforts, the driver remains at large.

The stolen Fiat Panda is greenish-yellow in color with some body parts in different colors. The vehicle was last seen in the Yorkstraße, where the driver stopped the car and fled on foot. It is possible that the vehicle had to be refueled in the meantime, making it and the perpetrator noticeable at a gas station.

The police patrol noticed the stolen car in the Schönianstraße at midnight on Sunday. Acquaintances of the victim noticed the stolen car in the Geestemünde area during the incident. The police are urging the public to remain vigilant and to report any suspicious activity to the authorities.
