Autumn Holiday Vacation Care in 2025 - Registration for available programs opens on 7th September
Registration for the upcoming vacation care programme in Arnsberg during the autumn holidays is now open for children attending municipal primary and special schools, as well as the Franz-Josef-Koch School. The programme will be held at selected OGS locations.
Parents can register their children on the NUPIAN platform. Registration will be open from September 7, 2025, at 10:00 AM to September 14 at 6:30 PM.
Places are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, and the number of places at all locations is limited. Once the maximum capacity is reached, registration for the respective school can only be made on the waiting list. It is important to note that being on the waiting list does not guarantee a place at another location.
If the care is no longer required, it is important to unregister in time. However, the information provided does not specify any additional requirements for unregistering a child from the program.
Parents will receive a letter through their child's school for registration. In case of any questions, contact Mrs. Dröge Ewers at 02932/201-1968 or via email at s.droege-ewers@unsere-website.de.
Registrations can be made at the website: https://www.unser-ferienprogramm.de/arnsberg
It is requested to only register a child for care if there is a need. Being on the waiting list does not guarantee a place at another location. The information does not mention any changes to the registration period or the allocation of places. The information does not provide details about any possible penalties for not unregistering in time.
For more information, please contact Mrs. Dröge Ewers.
