In a heartfelt ceremony during the general assembly of SV Huchenfeld, Mayor Peter Boch presented the Baden-Württemberg State Honor Pin to Hans-Bernd Lipinski. This prestigious award recognised Lipinski's over five decades of volunteer service to the sports club and the community.

Since July 2006, Lipinski has served as the chairman of the board at SV Huchenfeld, a role that has significantly improved training and playing conditions at the club. His efforts have contributed to the club's development and have not gone unnoticed.

Lipinski's youth work and football camps have introduced many children and young people to the ideals of sports, camaraderie, and tolerance. His contributions to youth work have been particularly praised, ensuring the next generation engages in sports club activities.

After his active playing days, Lipinski continued to support SV Huchenfeld in various roles, including secretary, member of the economic committee, treasurer, deputy, auditor, and chairman of the board. His service spans over five decades, making him a pioneer in infrastructure at SV Huchenfeld, advocating for the construction of a sports center that would benefit not only the footballers but also other sports.

The sports center, if built, would undoubtedly contribute to the development and growth of SV Huchenfeld, but its benefits would extend beyond the club, touching the lives of many in the community.

Mayor Boch thanked Mr. Lipinski on behalf of the city's administration and city council, expressing gratitude for his long-standing commitment. Boch stated that Lipinski's example and support help ensure the next generation engages in sports club activities, fostering a sense of community and promoting the values of sports.

This recognition is a testament to Lipinski's dedication and passion for SV Huchenfeld. He played as a youth player for the club from 1968 to 1975 and was an active player in the first team from 1975 to 1985, serving as team captain for several years.

This event, while archived, serves as a reminder of the significant impact individuals can have on their communities through their service and dedication. Lipinski's story is one of commitment, passion, and a love for sports that has spanned over five decades.
