Baden Family shuts down Shartaş beach in Ekaterinburg for upcoming development initiatives
Justmedia.ru and DK.RU have reported on the upcoming opening of the first phase of the Baden Family's new project, an aqua-thermal resort named "Badlenland". The resort is currently under construction on the premises of the "Komsomoll" shopping centre.
The Baden Family, which also owns six operating complexes in the Urals, has announced the closure of their existing aquapark, "Shartash Beach". The decision to transport the existing equipment to "Badlenland" was made due to the inability to implement long-term plans for "Shartash Beach" under the current restrictions.
All equipment from "Shartash Beach", including frame pools, will be transported to the Baden Family's new project, "Badlenland". The largest thermal pool at "Badlenland" will span an impressive 1,250 square meters, making it the largest thermal pool in the Urals upon its opening.
Construction and assembly work, as well as engineering equipment installation, are ongoing at "Badlenland". Existing partitions are being dismantled and new ones are being erected. The first phase of the resort is currently being prepared for opening, with the expectation that it will welcome guests in the fall of 2025.
The Baden Family has expressed gratitude to those who spent their summer at "Shartash Beach". Evgeny Kononov, the businessman heading the Baden Family, has not been specifically identified as the developer of "Badlenland" in TCC "Komsomoll".
The opening of "Badlenland" is a significant step for the Baden Family, who are known for their successful operations in the Urals region. The company is developing "Badlenland" on the same site where "Shartash Beach" once operated, demonstrating their commitment to the area and their vision for the future of leisure and recreation.
As the first phase of "Badlenland" nears completion, anticipation builds for the resort's grand opening. With its expansive thermal pool and commitment to quality, "Badlenland" promises to be a popular destination for residents and visitors alike in the Urals region.
