Biker takes off post impact with e-scooter operator
In a concerning incident, a 14-year-old resident of Ahlen was involved in a hit-and-run accident on Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 4:30 PM. The accident occurred on the pedestrian/bike path along Warendorfer Straße in Ahlen.
The young victim was using e-rollschuhe (e-scooters) at the time of the incident, near the entrance to a supermarket. The cyclist who struck the 14-year-old and fled the scene is approximately 40 to 45 years old and was riding an olive green bicycle or e-bike. The cyclist has dark blonde hair.
