In the dynamic world of cryptocurrency, Michael Saylor, CEO of MicroStrategy, has once again stirred excitement with a hint at a potential new purchase. The tech company, which is the largest institutional owner of digital currency, has already invested a staggering $47 billion in Bitcoin, representing more than three percent of all Bitcoin that will ever be available.

MicroStrategy's latest acquisition, 4,048 Bitcoin, was made between August 26 and September 1, with a total transaction value of $449.3 million. This purchase further solidifies the company's position as the leading institutional holder of digital currency.

Interestingly, the speaker suggested that individuals who believe in Bitcoin's potential should invest directly in the cryptocurrency. This advice comes amidst the announcement of a new financial product, nxtAssets Bitcoin direct, issued by nxtAssets GmbH, a company in which Boersenmedien AG holds a stake.

However, the speaker implied a potential conflict of interest due to Boersenmedien AG's involvement in Bitcoin-related financial products. It is worth noting that the publisher, through its board member Bernd Foertsch, also holds positions in Bitcoin.

Michael Saylor's buying power has demonstrated a significant impact on the crypto market. His recent post on X stated that Bitcoin is still at an attractive price point for him, and he commented that "Bitcoin is still on sale."

The value of MicroStrategy's Bitcoin holdings has significantly increased since the initial acquisition, resulting in a paper profit of about $23 billion. As of now, MicroStrategy now holds 636,505 Bitcoin, valued at approximately $70 billion.

Saylor's strategic moves in the cryptocurrency market have not gone unnoticed. His actions serve as a testament to his conviction in Bitcoin's potential and could encourage other institutions to follow suit.
