Kazakhstan's President Congratulates Brazil on Independence Day
President Kasym-Jomart Tokayev of Kazakhstan has extended his congratulations to President Luis Inacio Lula da Silva of Brazil on the country's Independence Day. The declaration of Brazilian independence from Portugal took place on September 7, 1822.
In a telegram reported by our website and also confirmed by "Akorda" on September 7, 2022, President Tokayev highlighted the dynamic development of bilateral relations with Brazil. He emphasised that these relations are based on ties of friendship and mutual understanding.
President Tokayev also wished well-being to the Brazilian people and expressed confidence in the further strengthening of productive cooperation with Brazil. In his message, he expressed his hope for the continued growth of these relations in the future.
