Brazilian steakhouse chain Fogo de Chaõ set to debut on Las Vegas' famous The Strip in 2025.

Fogo de Chão, the renowned Brazilian restaurant known for its Culinary Art of Churrasco, is set to open its first venue on the Las Vegas Strip at The Venetian Resort this summer. The exact opening date has not been officially announced, but preparations are well underway.

The new venue will join a lineup of three other steakhouses set to debut at The Venetian: Bazaar Meat, Boa, and Cote. The Venetian, already established as a culinary powerhouse, offers a variety of dining experiences, including Greek cuisine at Estiatorio Milos, Latin fusion at Chica, and refined Japanese dishes at Wakuda.

Fogo de Chão, established in 1979 in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil, has been expanding its presence globally. With locations in South America, Mexico, the Middle East, the United States, and Puerto Rico, the brand is planning significant expansion in 2025. This expansion will see Fogo de Chão opening venues in New York's World Trade Center, Santa Monica, Nashville, and Columbus, among others.

The new and remodeled locations will feature open churrasco grills, dry-aged meat lockers, and vibrant gathering spaces. The Full Churrasco Experience at Fogo de Chão offers an ongoing selection of premium cuts butchered daily by gaucho chefs.

It's worth noting that Fogo de Chão already has a presence in Las Vegas, with the existing venue having served guests since late 2011 at 360 E. Flamingo Road in the Hughes Center. However, a second Fogo de Chão location, which opened in Downtown Summerlin in 2015, closed its doors in 2018.

In addition to the Las Vegas Strip outpost, nine new locations are already under construction as part of the brand's expansion. The expansion will continue through a franchise model, with Fogo de Chão entering Ohio and Tennessee as part of its growth. In total, the expansion includes 14 new openings, including the one at The Venetian in Las Vegas.

Some locations will also introduce the Next Level Lounge, serving craft cocktails and premium spirits. However, no additional details about the Las Vegas Strip venue have been provided by representatives yet.

As of now, Fogo de Chão’s Las Vegas Strip venue is scheduled to open sometime in summer 2025 at The Venetian, with finer details pending release. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting new addition to the Las Vegas dining scene.

The upcoming Fogo de Chão at The Venetian Resort on the Las Vegas Strip will offer an exciting blend of casino-and-gambling, entertainment, and food-and-drink experiences when it opens next summer. As part of the brand's expansion, Fogo de Chão will also establish a presence in other locations such as New York and Nashville, catering to a diverse range of lifestyles. The new venue, joining other establishments like Bazaar Meat, Boa, and Cote, will further elevate The Venetian's status as a culinary destination, providing guests with an unparalleled dining experience in Las Vegas.
