Campus Update Video Message from the President: Fall 2025
Lehigh University has officially started its new academic year, and President Joseph J. Helble '82 is leading the charge with a clear sense of purpose. The university has reached a significant milestone in its current fundraising campaign, surpassing $1 billion. This accomplishment, combined with new graduate programs, research centers, and other milestones, demonstrates Lehigh's direction and momentum. The university has expanded its graduate student population and introduced new master's programs, further strengthening its position as a leading institution.
In his message, Helble celebrated the positive energy and momentum of the Lehigh community, crediting the energy and perspectives of students, both domestic and international, for setting the tone for the year ahead. He emphasised the contributions of students from across the globe, noting that their diverse experiences enrich the university's learning environment.

This sentiment is reflected in the university's Future Makers strategy, now in its third year, which emphasises Lehigh's role as a driving force in shaping the future of higher education.
