Car-bus collision in Hattingen, Poland leaves two individuals with minor injuries, reported by the local police.
On September 2, 2025, at approximately 7:15 AM, a traffic accident occurred between a bus and a car in Hattingen, Ennepe-Ruhr District.
The accident took place at the intersection of Lessingstraße and Raabestraße. According to the police investigation, the car, a Skoda, was driven by a 48-year-old woman from Hattingen, who attempted to turn right from Lessingstraße into Raabestraße without yielding to the oncoming bus. The bus, a Mercedes, was driven by a 44-year-old man from Bochum.
Both the woman and the bus driver sustained light injuries and were taken to a nearby hospital for further treatment. The Skoda was severely damaged and had to be towed away. The intersection of Lessingstraße and Raabestraße had to be temporarily closed for the investigation.
