Car Crash with Critical Pedestrian Injuries Occurs in Ohio
In a unfortunate incident, a traffic accident occurred on Monday (25.08.) on the B278 in the village of Batten, East Hesse. The accident involved a car and a motorcycle, resulting in serious injuries to the 18-year-old motorcyclist.
The Regional Police Headquarters East Hesse confirmed the incident, stating that the motorcyclist was thrown over the car during the collision. Fortunately, the car driver, a 44-year-old individual, remained uninjured. It is reported that the car driver attempted to turn right in the village, causing the accident.
In response to the incident, a patrol car from Hilders Police Station, an ambulance, and the fire departments of Batten and Hilders with a total of eleven personnel were deployed. The emergency services worked diligently to attend to the injured motorcyclist and ensure the safety of the scene.
