In an unexpected turn of events, a traffic accident occurred in Hannover-Bothfeld on Sunday evening at approximately 20:15. The incident involved a car colliding with a power distribution box on Langenforther Straße.
Fortunately, the four occupants of the car were unharmed in the accident. However, the power distribution box sustained severe damage, causing a power outage in several streets within the district.
The Fire Department Hannover, along with the energy provider for Hannover, enercity, are working diligently to resolve the issue. The power outage is currently affecting a number of streets, and the resolution may take up to four hours.
