Casinos in Atlantic City join forces with online gaming providers

In the bustling city of Atlantic City, twelve iconic casinos are preparing to venture into the digital age as they partner with online gaming companies. The move comes as part of the new gambling regulations being implemented in the city.

One of the most high-profile partnerships is between the Borgata and Bwin.party. However, it's worth noting that Bwin.party has not been able to secure a license with the Nevada authorities, which may pose a challenge in the future.

Caesars Entertainment casinos, on the other hand, have chosen to work with 888 Holdings. This decision follows the footsteps of the Tropicana, which has partnered with Gamesys, and the Trump Plaza, which is working with Betfair.

Ten of the twelve casinos have already made their decisions, leaving only the Golden Nugget and Bally's to choose their online partners before the deadline of July 29th. The Golden Nugget, known for its partnership with FanDuel in the sports betting sector, is yet to announce its online gaming partner. As for Bally's, while the specific partner is not explicitly mentioned in the sources, it is known that DraftKings is partnered with Resorts.

The remaining partnerships are clear: FanDuel with Golden Nugget and DraftKings with Resorts. The Bally Technologies company, which has teamed up with the Golden Nugget Casino in other areas, may potentially be in contention for Bally's online gaming partner.

The Rational Group, parent company of PokerStars, has had issues with US authorities in the past, but it remains to be seen if this will impact any potential partnerships in Atlantic City.

As the deadline approaches, the casinos and their chosen partners are gearing up for the launch of their new online gaming sites, set to revolutionise the gaming landscape in Atlantic City.
