Center's primary bustling affair
In a concentrated operation by the deployment company, a 44-year-old individual was arrested in the Neumarkt area of Germany on August 13th, at around 6:30 PM. The suspect, who does not have a fixed residence in the federal territory, was apprehended during an evening stroll, playing loud music on a Bluetooth speaker.
During the arrest, officers found large quantities of amphetamines, hashish, cannabis, and LSD, all suspected to be ready-to-sell narcotics. Additionally, approximately 10,000 euros, suspected to be drug money, were seized.
The Investigative Group (IG) City has initiated investigations on suspicion of illegal drug trafficking. The operation is a continuation of the concentrated effort in the Neumarkt area, as part of a larger online drug trafficking case in Germany. Six persons were arrested during raids on September 4 and 8, 2025, including arrests in Leipzig, Lippe, and Arnsberg. In another case in Winterthur, Switzerland, a 41-year-old man and his partner were arrested for drug trafficking.
No further details about the individual or the investigation were provided, and no information about any legal proceedings against the suspect was available. The detainee is expected to appear before a judge later today.
The investigation remains ongoing, and updates will be provided as more information becomes available.
