Central Authority Seizes Bank Funds at Main Hub Station
A 60-year-old man was arrested at Erfurt Central Station on Monday evening, suspected of fraudulent activity. The man was loitering at the station when he was approached by a Federal Police patrol.
According to the Federal Police Inspectorate Erfurt, the man was found to have been involved in fraud. As a result, a seizure order was issued against him, and 260 euros were seized from him for an offence committed in 2024.
The man was permitted to leave Erfurt Central Station, and the remaining 100 euros were left with him to continue his journey to Eisenach. The man's case was transmitted via news aktuell by the Federal Police Inspectorate Erfurt.
