Change in leadership for Belmoto's sales department
Max Kolle, a seasoned professional with over 13 years of experience in car leasing and fleet management, has joined Belmoto as the Director of Sales, effective September 1, 2025.
Prior to his appointment at Belmoto, Kolle served as a Prokurist and member of the management board at Ayvens in Germany. His tenure at Ayvens followed his time at ALD, where he led the acquisition of fleet and CPM new customers from May 2017.
Kolle's career in the car leasing and fleet management industry began at Sixt Leasing SE, where he held various sales positions before ascending to roles such as Tender Management, Key Account Management, and Team Lead New Business. Later, he headed the Partnerships and Retail department at ALD.
In his new role at Belmoto, Kolle will oversee the Marketing, Sales, and Key Account Management departments. He will be instrumental in supporting Belmoto's growth objectives and aiding as many customers as possible in their transition to comprehensive mobility management.
Kolle's extensive experience in the acquisition and retail sectors, coupled with his leadership skills, make him an ideal fit for this role. Belmoto is confident that his expertise will significantly contribute to the company's growth and success.
