Chrysler's updated Pacifica concept, named Grizzly Peak, showcases a striking new look with massive 31-inch tires and a sturdy roof rack.

In the heart of Colorado at the Overland Expo Mountain West event, Chrysler unveiled the Pacifica Grizzly Peak concept on August 22-24, 2025. This exciting new development marks a significant milestone for Chrysler, founded in 1925 and celebrating its centennial year.

The Pacifica Grizzly Peak concept is based on the existing Pacifica Limited AWD platform, but with some notable changes. The third-row seating has been removed to make way for a flat cargo floor panel, transforming the vehicle into a versatile test bed for van-life and overlanding adventures.

The Pacifica Grizzly Peak concept boasts an eye-catching design with Cement Gray exterior, accented with Liquid Titanium, and featuring Katzkin leather seats and orange seat belts. To enhance its off-road capabilities, the vehicle is equipped with protective body wrapping, Mopar splash guards, a Rhino-Rack Pioneer Platform roof rack, TYRI LED lighting, ARB retractable awning, and Baja Designs LP4 LED fog lamps.

Under the hood, the Pacifica Grizzly Peak concept offers impressive fuel efficiency, with up to 2.9L/100 km, and a 51 km all-electric range. The vehicle can be specified with all-wheel drive when fitted with the 3.6L V6 engine, and features a front 6.9 cm and rear 6.3 cm suspension lift, riding on 31-inch BFGoodrich KO2 all-terrain tires.

Chrysler has not forgotten the Canadian market, where it continues to offer the Grand Caravan as a value-focused option in the minivan segment. Meanwhile, the Pacifica continues to be the minivan segment's only Plug-in Hybrid variant.

In addition to the Pacifica Grizzly Peak concept, Chrysler has announced upcoming updates. These include a refreshed Pacifica in 2026, a new crossover, and a third model inspired by the Halcyon concept. The automaker is clearly committed to innovation and meeting the diverse needs of its customers.

Overland Expo Mountain West is a global series of events dedicated to off-road and adventure travel. The event includes vendors, training sessions, and demonstrations geared toward the overlanding community, making it the perfect platform for Chrysler to debut the Pacifica Grizzly Peak concept.

As Chrysler moves forward in its centennial year, the Pacifica Grizzly Peak concept is a testament to the brand's commitment to innovation and adventure. Whether you're a seasoned overlander or just starting your journey, the Pacifica Grizzly Peak concept promises to deliver an unforgettable experience.
