Break-ins at Two Bielefeld Restaurants: Police Seek Witnesses

In an unusual series of events, one or more perpetrators targeted two restaurants in downtown Bielefeld on the night of August 27, 2025.

The first incident occurred at a restaurant on Mauerstraße, where a burglar entered around 4:00 AM. After gaining entry through an open window, the burglar made their way to the bar area and stole the cash register. However, the direction of their escape remains unknown.

A similar incident occurred at a restaurant on Goldstraße. In this case, the burglar attempted to force open a window but abandoned their plan due to knocking over a stack of dishes. The direction of their escape from this restaurant is also unknown.
