City's charming community unites through Intershop, a mobile kiosk offering joy and camaraderie.
The Faculty of Design in Dresden is hosting an exciting event called Intershop on the 4th and 5th of July. This mobile kiosk, designed by students from the "Design Exploration" module, aims to provide a platform for joyful interaction in public spaces.
On both days, the Intershop will be making stops at various locations in the city. On the 4th of July, you can find it at the Main Street Fountain, inner Neustadt from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM, and in the Scheune Courtyard, Alaunstraße, outer Neustadt from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
On the following day, the 5th of July, the Intershop will be at the Albertplatz Fountain, inner Neustadt from 1:00 PM to 3:30 PM, and at Alaunplatz, outer Neustadt from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
The Intershop offers a variety of experiences for the public. With 12 interventions for sitting, whispering, enjoying, awakening, kissing, chatting, mingling, and more, there's something for everyone. The event is not about selling tobacco or canned beer, but about inviting people to engage with the students' ideas and designs.
This event is more than just a showcase. It's a chance for students to bring their ideas directly to the people in the city. By participating, you're not just experiencing innovative design, but you're also contributing to positively shaping coexistence in public spaces.
So, mark your calendars and come join the Intershop event in Dresden on the 4th and 5th of July. It's an opportunity to engage, interact, and be a part of something truly unique.
