Biysk, Russia - Exciting changes are underway in the city's public recreation areas, as announced by Mayor Viktor Shigrev. Here's a round-up of the recent improvements and upcoming projects:

Two new traffic light systems have been installed on ul. Lenina, aiming to enhance road safety in the area. However, the architect or company responsible for the installation remains unspecified at this time.

Grass trimming has been a focus of late, with the Memorial to Biysk Soldiers, Ploshchad 9 Yanvarya, Molodezhnoy Skver, and even the area behind the Drama Theater all receiving a fresh, neat appearance.

Nagorny Park is not left out, as repairs and painting have been carried out on the park's benches.

The rubber surface of the children's playground behind the Drama Theater has also been restored, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for the city's young ones.

Looking ahead, ul. Sovetskaya will undergo tree pruning soon, followed by sanitary tree pruning to maintain the health and beauty of the city's trees.

Finally, it's worth noting that missing elements of the fountain on Maximovoe Bulvar have been replaced, adding a touch of charm back to the city's landscape.

Residents of Biysk can look forward to continued improvements in their public recreation areas, making the city an even more pleasant place to live, work, and play.
