The second edition of the popular cooking publication, "Düsseldorf kocht," is set to be released in October, and the editors are inviting readers to submit their favourite recipes for a chance to be featured.
This time around, the theme is autumn and winter cuisine, and the jury, comprising members of the gourmet team from Zurheide, will be on the lookout for creative cooking ideas. The issue will showcase a variety of dishes, including pumpkin soup, mushroom ragout, goulash, wild boar roast, lentil stew, butter cookies, and Christmas goose.
To submit your recipe, simply send an email with the subject line "Recipe" to redaktion@unsere Webseite. Along with your recipe, please include high-resolution photos (300 dpi) that illustrate the dish and the person submitting the recipe. The photos should feature both the finished dish and the individual, and all people in the photos must be labelled with their first and last names.
The text for the ingredients should not exceed 60 words, while the text for the preparation can be up to 200 words. Please note that the search results do not provide information about the authors of the recipes, so your name and any relevant information should be included in the body of your email.
The deadline for recipe submission is September 30th, so don't delay! The first issue of "Düsseldorf kocht" sold out quickly, so this is a great opportunity to be a part of a popular and exciting publication.
