In the spirit of the ongoing #winter10x10 wardrobe remix challenge, hosted by the author and Lee of Style Bee, today's outfit is a stylish and versatile ensemble perfect for a typical winter day.
The foundation of today's outfit is a cashmere dress, worn over a base layer tee. The star of the show, however, is the Swing Sweater from Hackwith Design House. This unique piece, made responsibly in Minnesota, is the first acquisition from the brand. Its fuzzy and textured material is both eye-catching and practical, and it does not shed or pill. Despite being a little itchy, a super soft base layer usually worn underneath ensures comfort.
The Swing Sweater is boxy and cropped, offering a modern silhouette. It can be layered over other sweaters for extra warmth, or worn alone for a chic and casual look. For today's outfit, the sleeves have been rolled up for a finishing touch.
The outfit features a fitted bottom, with the cashmere dress and Swing Sweater providing volume on top.
