Collision at the intersection resulted in a severely injured driver
On Friday, September 5, a serious accident occurred at the intersection of Lippstädter Straße with Suternstraße in Delbrück-Hagen. The collision involved a Mercedes and a VW Polo, resulting in significant damage to both vehicles and the serious injury of the Mercedes driver.
The incident took place at approximately 06:40 AM. The Mercedes, traveling from Suternstraße towards Delbrück-Westenholz, failed to notice the VW Polo approaching from the right. As a result, the two vehicles collided.
The 59-year-old driver of the Mercedes was taken to a hospital with serious injuries, but further details about his condition were not provided in the article. The driver of the VW Polo, a 34-year-old man, was also taken to a Lippstadt hospital by ambulance, but no updates on his condition were available.
