Collision between a passenger vehicle and a truck on the road
On April 30, 2025, a significant incident occurred on Krefelder Street in Moenchengladbach. According to reports from news aktuell and ots, the Fire Department Moenchengladbach was called to the scene of a traffic accident involving a truck and a car.

Upon arrival, all vehicle occupants were able to leave their vehicles independently. A mother and her three children were taken to a city hospital for precautionary examination. An emergency doctor at the scene provided initial medical treatment.
The incident caused significant traffic disruptions on Krefelder Street. Fire and Rescue Station I (Neuwerk) and the Technical and Logistics Center (Holt) were involved in the operation.
