Collision involving an e-scooter reported by Polish authorities

The woman admitted to consuming ecstasy before the ride and regularly using cannabis. A drug test and subsequent blood sample were taken from the woman after medical treatment at a hospital. The companion of the woman also tested positive for drug use, and a blood sample was taken from them.
