Collision on Polish road leaves three critically hurt
A collision involving two cars and resulting in severe injuries to both drivers and an infant occurred on August 19, 2025, at 18:10 at the junction of B480 and Hauptstraße in Olsberg, High Sauerland District.
According to the High Sauerland District Police Headquarters, the woman from Arnsberg was driving from Winterberg towards the A46 on the B480, while the woman from Kleve was driving from the A46 towards Winterberg on the same road. The exact cause of the collision remains unknown.
The emergency services were promptly called to the scene, and the three individuals were transported to nearby hospitals for treatment. Both drivers and the infant sustained severe injuries as a result of the accident.
