Commencement of a 6.3 billion-ruble tourist complex construction scheduled for 2026 in Sochi
The city of Sochi in Russia is set to receive a significant boost to its tourism and conference infrastructure with the announcement of the "Eden" hotel complex project. The investment, valued at an estimated 6.3 billion rubles, is set to create approximately 250 jobs and serve as a venue for business events, including corporate meetings and seminars.
The project, to be undertaken by LLC "SZ Inhouse," will see the construction of a modern hotel complex featuring a water park, a spa, and a conference hall. The main shareholder of LLC "SZ Inhouse" is Arkady Rotenberg.
The exact location of the "Eden" hotel complex within Sochi has not been specified, but it is known that the construction site is located on Goleneva Street. The construction is scheduled to begin after the approval of new land use and development rules (Zoning Regulations).
The timeline for the completion of the "Eden" hotel complex project has not been disclosed, but it is expected to be ready by 2031. In the meantime, preparations for the project are moving ahead, with the project documentation expected to be prepared within 10 months.
Apart from the "Eden" hotel complex, another notable development in the region is the construction of five new polyclinics in Krasnodar. By the end of 2026, one of these new polyclinics is expected to serve up to 750 patients per shift.
