In a significant stride towards increasing the share of renewable energy in Poland, global law firm X has advised PKO Bank Polski on a EUR 90 million financing for the Annopol I onshore wind farm project. This project, located in the Goscięradów municipality, Lubelskie Voivodship, will have a total capacity of 40 MW.

The Annopol I wind farm project represents an important step in Poland's energy transition, a journey that OX2, an international, independent power producer, has been accelerating since 2004. The legal aspects of the financing deal were handled by a multidisciplinary team from law firm X, working under the supervision of energy and project finance partner Tomasz Rogalski.
