The Turia Natural Park, a cherished enclave for several municipalities, is set to witness a series of transformative changes. The Association of Municipalities Linked to the Turia Natural Park has made it clear that they desire to be involved in the supramunicipal actions planned for the park, as its recovery is a top priority for their communities.

One such initiative is the expansion of traffic facilitation between municipalities, with the City Council of Vilamarxant increasing the number of speed bumps to improve the flow of vehicles.

Another significant development is the emphasis on connecting the future metropolitan forest with the towns within the Natural Park of Túria. The goal is to extend the pedestrian route to an impressive 70 kilometers, enhancing the park's accessibility for residents and visitors alike.

However, the Association has raised concerns about the proliferation of invasive cane within the park. To address this issue, they have suggested the use of geotextile mesh and the reforestation of the area with native species.

In a bid for a more comprehensive approach, the Association has called for a "global and coordinated" project for the Natural Park. They have also requested the creation of the "Comisión Interadministrativa del Parque Natural del Túria" (Inter-administrative Commission of the Túria Natural Park), a commission composed of different administrations tasked with studying and proposing the best integral reconstruction project for the Natural Park.

To further coordinate efforts, a working meeting with the Confederación Hidrográfica del Júcar (CHJ) has been arranged. This meeting aims to align actions for the regeneration of the natural space.

Lastly, the Association has requested modifications to the National Hydrological Plan to enable the Turia to have a one-cubic-meter channel, facilitating the connection of the Turia to the sea.

These collaborative efforts mark a significant step towards the regeneration and preservation of the Turia Natural Park, ensuring its continued enjoyment by future generations.
