Court Rules Commission Fell Short in Fulfilling Duties Under Article 85 (1) of the Treaty.
In the past week, three incidents of theft and burglary have been reported in the city of Fulda and the nearby town of Neuhof, East Hesse.
On Friday, August 22, unknown individuals stole a blue Honda scooter from in front of a store in Bahnhofstraße, Hilders, between Friday and Monday, August 25. The scooter was later found in a bush in the "Ulster" area, but the battery was removed. The exact value of the stolen scooter is unknown.
In a separate incident, on Monday, August 25, a corporate robbery took place in Fulda, but the specific location has not been disclosed. The estimated property damage from this incident is around 2,000 euros.
Between Saturday, August 23, and Monday, August 25, unknown persons gained access to a practice in Michael-Henkel-Straße in Fulda by smashing a window and stole a furniture safe and a low three-digit amount of cash. The estimated property damage from this burglary is also around 2,000 euros.
In a third incident, unknown persons attempted to pry a Madonna statue from a grave site in the cemetery in Hattenhof, Neuhof. The height of the property damage from this attempted theft is currently unknown.

Unknown persons also stole the official license plates "FD-YD 522" from a yellow Opel Corsa parked in Willi-Glotzbach-Weg, Fulda. In another incident, unknown persons stole a white Jeep Grand Cherokee (official license plate: FD-Q 1410) parked on the shoulder of the Bronnzeller Straße in Bronnzell, Fulda, in the night of Tuesday, August 26. The value of the stolen Jeep Grand Cherokee is currently unknown. The height of the property damage from the attempted theft of the grave ornament in Neuhof is also currently unknown.
