Begin by thoroughly washing and drying your glass piece. Next, create a line drawing of your desired design, either directly or inspired by an online, magazine, or advertisement source. Tape this design to the back of your window or picture frame with glass.
Carefully trace the entire design on the glass using the black paint pen. Now, mix desired paints with lots of glue in your chosen container (either a Styrofoam egg carton or a plate covered with wax paper).
Apply small amounts of each paint color to a small section of the design on the glass using your foam brush or paintbrush. Swirl the paints together until you achieve the desired effect. Continue this process until the entire design is filled with paint.
