Crestron Addresses Demand for Adaptable, Expandable Control Systems-Find Out How It's Done

In the realm of advanced room management and control solutions, Crestron Control continues to lead the way with its latest announcements.

Crestron's offerings now boast cross-compatibility with all room configurations and vendors, ensuring seamless integration for a wide variety of spaces. This commitment to versatility is further demonstrated by the Crestron VC-4 Virtual Control software, a popular tool for designing and configuring Unified Communications (UC), Audio-Visual (AV), and control solutions.

The VC-4 Virtual Control software has been enhanced with a simplified, turnkey solution for medium to large-scale projects, the VC-4-SERVER-25. This solution supports 25 rooms out of the box, with scalability up to 500 rooms, making it ideal for higher education, government, and enterprise environments.

The Crestron Control App for Zoom Rooms Software, another key development, allows users to control various components such as lighting, shades, AV solutions, peripherals, and Zoom Rooms software via a single user interface. This app offers flexibility, enabling easy scaling and addition of applications based on customer needs.

Crestron's solutions have evolved to meet current customer needs and anticipate challenges. The updates to Crestron Construct, an easy-to-use drag-and-drop UI, improve managing multiple devices and provide improved performance when projects are first launched on a Crestron touch screen. The latest update includes authorization tokens for secure user launch and multi-resolution support for managing multiple devices.

The new Virtual Control Server 25 (VC-4-SERVER-25) is designed for deployment and management of control across floors, buildings, and campuses. Crestron Control simplifies reliable control of various space environments, and with the Crestron Control App for Zoom Rooms, the user experience is streamlined.

Jennifer Dewar, the director of product marketing at Crestron, commented, "These latest control announcements address key solutions in the industry, further demonstrating our commitment to providing innovative, flexible, and reliable control solutions for corporations, campuses, homes, and beyond."

Crestron's Virtual Control (VC-4) and Crestron Construct have been enhanced for easier deployments. The company's long-standing legacy in the control space continues to shine through in these latest advancements, as they unify different protocols and technologies into one system.

Notably, there is no additional cost to enable the Crestron Control App for Zoom Rooms Software in spaces, making these upgrades accessible for a wide range of customers. These enhancements are a testament to Crestron's dedication to delivering top-tier solutions that cater to the evolving needs of their clients.
