Criminals posing as telecommunications business actors steal from customers
In the quiet town of Bielefeld, a disturbing incident occurred on Friday, December 27, 2024. A duo gained unauthorised access to a house on Dornberberger Straße, near Brunsiek Straße, around 2:00 PM.
The duo, consisting of a man and a woman, approached the elderly resident of the single-family home. The man, who was approximately 20 to 30 years old, had short blonde hair and was dressed in dark clothing. He wore a lanyard with an ID around his neck. The woman, similarly attired, was around the same age and had short black hair.
Upon arrival, the duo claimed to be employees of a telecommunications company and requested entry into the house. The elderly woman living there complied, and the duo asked her to turn on the TV. After about ten minutes of searching and tampering with various electronic devices, the duo left the house and walked down Dornberger Straße towards Steinhagen.
