Boomi Announces Local Availability of Data Integration in Australia

Boomi, a leader in AI-driven automation, has announced the local availability of its Data Integration service in an Australian data centre. This move aims to remove any compliance barriers to AI-related data sovereignty while providing near-real-time data capabilities for innovation.

With the new deployment, Australian organisations can now deploy log-based Change Data Capture (CDC) and near-real-time Extract, Load, and Transform (ELT) pipelines entirely onshore. This development is expected to reduce reliance on disconnected point solutions, helping customers simplify their technology stacks and accelerate digital transformation - securely and at scale.

Boomi's Chief Technology Officer for Asia Pacific and Japan, speaking on the demand for trusted data, delivered quickly and securely, said, "AI agents, predictive models, and real-time analytics all demand trusted data."

Boomi's Data Integration service is a part of the Boomi Enterprise Platform, which unifies integration, automation, data, API, and AI agent management. The platform is trusted by over 25,000 customers worldwide, including those in highly regulated industries such as financial services, government, education, and healthcare.

The launch follows Boomi's acquisition of Rivery, a modern data integration provider. Boomi's headquarters can also be contacted at [email protected], while media inquiries can be directed to the same email address.

Jasmine Ee, the Head of Influencer Relations, APJ, at Boomi, noted that the deployment supports regulatory requirements under the Privacy Act 1988, Australian Privacy Principles (APPs), and sector-specific frameworks including APRA CPS 234 and the My Health Records Act.

Boomi's latest development strengthens its unified platform strategy, which aims to bring integration, API management, data management, and AI readiness under a single layer of AI-driven intelligence. The company is supported by a network of 800+ partners.
